It takes readers on a journey through the intricacies of court life, where social customs and etiquette are as important as the emotions that stir within its characters.   Reflection in antigone What strikes me most about Antigone is it addresses themes such as justice, morality, and power. I like that the character of Antigone faces moral conflicts when he disobeys King Creon's orders and buries his brother Polyneices, even though this goes against the laws that King Creon put in place. What is most striking about Antigone is that it focuses on the clash between divine and human laws, and how a person must decide when to follow their conscience and disobey the king's laws in the name of morality and justice. The tragedy illustrates the ethical dilemmas that can arise when these two aspects conflict.
